 We seven plus mewill constitute the Circle Council next year, subject to any additions we may make later on.   We need to meet early next year because I have to take our proposed diary to the Provincial planning meeting on Feb 18th.   I suggest we meet at The Ancient Shepherd as usual.   The only change will be that we need to meet in the evening because of Stephen's work schedule, and he has said that Monday would be the best day for him.

I propose Jan 30th.   If that is difficult for anyone please let me know and I will try again.   Otherwise 7pm at the AS.

The main agenda item will be next year's calendar and I attach a preliminary draft for us to amend as necessary.
